OUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange or refund merchandise if returned to store as sold within 28 days. Please retain your receipt, as it is required for any exchanges or refunds. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resale-able condition and any tags must be intact and in their original packaging . We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • - Your Name
  • - Receipt or invoice Number
  • - Reason for the return and if you would prefer a refund or a replacement

Orders can be returned to the store on the Curragh. You can take your return to the drive thru at our Curragh store. The return should be in its original packaging together with the returns slip and the bag should be sealed. No refunds or exchanges are available in-store; this is a drop-off point only. Refunds will be processed by the Customer Service Department within two working days and exchanges sent out to you as soon as possible.
