Simply place your order online and one of our customer service representatives will e-mail you with a shipping quote. The shipping charge is dependant upon the weight, size and destination of your parcel. We regret that due to flying restrictions, liquids, aerosols and gels can no longer be delivered outside Ireland.

Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by TRI Equestrian from Ireland to you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties.

A brief guide to placing orders online.

As always we are dedicated to the best customer service possible. We aim to dispatch any web orders on the day they are received. You would normally receive your order within 2 working days. There are several thousand products on the website and while we  endeavour to keep good stock levels at all times,  inevitably from time to time we will be unable to supply a particular item immediately.  In this event you will be notified of any shortages to your order by email or phone.

If your order totals €100 or more it will be despatched free of charge. For orders less than €100 in value there is a post and packaging charge of €7.00 to any destination within the island of Ireland.
