Should there be an omission or error with your order, or in the rare event that goods have been damaged in transit please notify us by email or phone immediately. All shortages and omissions must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
If you are not happy with an item, please return it unwashed and unworn in the original packaging for exchange or refund. Some items such as used horse rugs will not be accepted for return. Please contact us by email or phone should you have items you wish to return.
All returns to TRI Equestrian are at the customer’s expense – It is important to keep your proof of postage. TRI Equestrian will not accept responsibility for any goods lost by post or courier when being returned by a customer.
